My Assumptions and Objectives regarding Developing Project

I wanted to develop a real time project,where I can see the whole manual valet ticketing system as automated one.I researched about existing automated valet parking system which is made up of sensors,Which is not related to key management.Therefore,I have decided to develop a software for managing these keys with QR Codes.I was doubtful about authentication of keys.I came up with a solution for it and thought of making use of one time passwords.
